Refund Policy

Returns

Because POPPY products are personal care items, we may only accept returns on eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at cs@poppysparkcare.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Final sale or non-returnable items marked as such at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@poppysparkcare.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may request a return and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
